O'Neil Consulting is a family-owned roof consulting company that specializes in condition assessment, design, and tendering of roofing projects. With the use of aerial photography and aerial thermography, we can record, assess and strategize the best way to repair your roof.
Dan O'Neil
Mr. O’Neil has a well-rounded background in the Roofing and Building Envelope Industry including twenty-two years as a
District Manager for an international commercial roofing and waterproofing manufacturer and seven years experience
in roofing/building envelope consulting. Dan has provided roofing and waterproofing solutions, design and quality
control inspections on millions of square feet of roofing and waterproofing projects over the years. Dan helped pioneere
the introduction of SBS modified roofing in Western Canada and provided initial contractor training for this roof system
throughout the west.
Matt O'Neil
Matt O'Neil has a well-rounded background in data collection, for the past decade, he has been working as a surveyor conducting depth of cover surveys for different pipeline companies.
Matt has been through rigorous courses to obtain his Small Advanced Operating Certificate and has been operating drones for the past 8 years.
Two years ago O'Neil Consulting decided it was time to diversify and put Matt into a level one thermography course and purchased a Thermal drone.
Matt takes pride in collecting data to make projects run smoothly whether it be a simple roof inspection for peace of mind or a thermal inspection to find any water that has infiltrated into the system, O'Neil Consulting's first priority is our client's satisfaction.
