Dan O'Neil
Mr. O'Neil brings a wealth of experience to the Roofing and Building Envelope Industry, with over two decades as a District Manager for an international commercial roofing and waterproofing manufacturer, and seven years in roofing and building envelope consulting. Throughout his career, Dan has delivered roofing and waterproofing solutions, conducted design and quality control inspections, and overseen millions of square feet of roofing and waterproofing projects. Notably, he played a key role in pioneering SBS modified roofing in Western Canada, providing initial contractor training and driving its successful adoption across the region.
Matt O'Neil
Matt O'Neil brings a well-rounded background in data collection, with over a decade of experience as a surveyor conducting depth-of-cover surveys for various pipeline companies. He holds a Small Advanced Operating Certificate and has expertly operated drones for the past eight years.
Recognizing the importance of diversification, O'Neil Consulting enrolled Matt in a Level One Thermography course two years ago and invested in a thermal drone. Today, Matt takes pride in gathering precise data to ensure project efficiency, whether it’s a routine roof inspection for peace of mind or a thermal inspection to detect potential water infiltration.
